As we enter what is undoubtedly an unprecedented Christmas period for us all, we want to take a moment to advise all our customers of the Bio Collectors schedule for services over the coming weeks along with the steps we are taking to help ensure all required collections take place for your business.

If you have a service that would fall on a day listed as closed, the collection will not be scheduled and no charges will be raised. The crew’s will simply return on your next scheduled collection day as normal.
Should you need to rearrange a service over the period, please contact us and we can look to move the collection to an earlier date. Alternatively, if you are in need of an urgent clearance or run an essential service, we are running a by-request Tip Only service on 28/12/20.
If you require amendment or assistance with any of your services over this period, please contact us at orders@biocollectors.com with your requirements and we will do our upmost to accommodate. Please ensure any amendments are received and confirmed with sufficient notice.
